7th Dragon 2020-II, a role-playing game from Japan available on the PlayStation Portable, serves as a follow-up to 7th Dragon 2020. Taking place a year after the original events, Murakumo has relocated its central operations from the Metropolitan Government Building, now prioritizing reconstruction efforts. Squad 13 is summoned to the Tokyo Sky Tower to eliminate monsters and aid in the tower's restoration.
