A320 on Atari ST/STE EUROPE

A320 Airbus is a flight simulation game for personal computers, released in 1991, where players take on the role of piloting an Airbus A320 aircraft. The game's development spanned three years and involved collaboration with Lufthansa, Deutsche Airbus, and Jeppesen. Initially created by Rainer Bopf for the Amiga, it was later adapted for the Atari ST by Christian Jungen. The last known version of the game is 1.44. In 1993, Thalion released two expansion data disks that functioned as standalone games. These expansions, built upon the latest game engine version, offered different flying regions: Europe Edition, covering Europe, and USA Edition, covering the USA, with the option to select either the West Coast or Northeast regions. In 1995, Games 4 Europe published an official sequel titled A320 Airbus Vol. 2, entirely developed by Rainer Bopf without external assistance.
