Adian No Tsue on Family Computer Disk System JAPAN

Adian no Tsue is an educational action-adventure game for the Family Computer Disk System, developed by SunSoft. It bears a strong resemblance to The Legend of Zelda, particularly its dungeon areas. A key difference is that players must solve basic arithmetic problems to earn the game's primary currency, bells. Each room initially contains monsters. Upon defeating them, players can choose from various doors, some leading to new areas and others revealing a bell to collect. Before claiming the bell, a math problem appears, and players must slash numbers on the walls to form the correct answer, then hit an 'OK' symbol to submit. Correct answers reward the bell; incorrect ones seal the door and unleash more monsters. Players can access a store and hint section by pressing the Select button. The store allows players to exchange bells for helpful items.
